Designed specifically for high school students who are working while learning, this special COMX 115 course dives into interpersonal communication skills through the lens of the workplace. Topics include culture, identity, perception, language, nonverbal communication, listening, emotions, and conflict.

Worth 3 credits, this class runs in June and July 2023 on the Helena College Donaldson Campus or virtually via Microsoft Teams. Students participating in the Summer Jobs Program and students working in a summer job are eligible to register for COMX 115. This evening class allows you to earn credits without compromising your job.

Reasons this class is worth your time this summer:

·        It's FREE for students participating in the Summer Jobs Program!

·        COMX 115 fulfills a general education core requirement.

·        You can apply your on-the-job learning to the concepts presented in the class.

Our partner, Reach Higher Montana, is funding the tuition cost for this class for Summer Jobs Program participants.
